The women's volleyball team had three matches in a two-day span, winning one of them. On Friday, Oct. 18 at Sandhills Community College, the Gators fell 25-8, 25-7, 25-9. In a rematch the next day, the Gators fell 25-12, 25-7, 25-9. Later on Oct. 19, the Gators defeated Clinton College, also at Sandhills, in four sets. In the victory, Kingsleigh Guinn had 20 kills and 11 digs; Berkeley Stenger contributed 34 assists and 17 digs; Arielle Hill chipped in 14 digs; Molly Grazier had seven kills; Maddie Mahone had six kills; and JuZiea Barton-Green had 12 digs.
The team closes out the regular season with a match at Mid-Atlantic Christian University on Oct. 24. The Region 10 tournament is scheduled to start Thursday, Oct. 24.
